Texas Wine Country Bike Tour

Day 1
This three-day adventure begins on Friday as you check into
your comfortable bed and breakfast or inn for a two-night stay amidst
the picturesque streets of Fredericksburg,
founded in 1846 by German settlers. Opt for the afternoon warm-up
ride or just relax and stroll around the town. Then meet your
touring companions when you join us for our special wine tasting,
featuring select wines from throughout the state. Afterwards,
join us for our welcome banquet and experience the culinary
delights of one of our favorite restaurants.
Days 2 - 3
The fun continues Saturday and Sunday as we pedal down quiet
country roads to taste the fruits of the vine at some award
winning Texas wineries including Bell Mountain Vineyards, Grape
Creek Vineyards, and Becker Vineyards. A sumptuous gourmet lunch
is also a much-anticipated part of each day’s agenda. We’ve
carefully chosen each bike route to highlight the Hill Country’s
magnificent panoramas and minimize traffic. Because these rides
are some of the most scenic in the state, getting there is half
the fun. You’ll meander through legendary Luckenbach, the
Crabapple community, the spectacular Willow City Loop, Grapetown,
and beyond. Join us in the spring for the annual wildflower
bloom, or enjoy one of Fredericksburg’s lively fall festivals.
