To help you decide which Planet Earth Adventure tour works best with the time you have available you can use our tour calendar to review all of our tour dates and the duration of each tour.

reservations
We gladly take reservations by phone. Call (800) 923-4453 or (512) 472-8886 or e-mail us at info@planetearthadventures.com for details. Reservations for tours of a week or more require a $400 deposit per person. The deposit for weekend tours is $75 per person. Your balance is due in full 60 days before departure for international tours, 30 days in advance for domestic trips. Registration is limited and our trips fill fast. Sign up early to avoid disappointment!

getting ready-confirmation & preparation
We provide loads of pre-trip preparation so you’ll have a great holiday. After your reservation, we’ll send you a confirmation packet containing your detailed itinerary, travel planning information and other pre-departure information. You’ll receive clothing and gear recommendations, bike packing information (if applicable), and much more.

single travelers
Tour cost is based on double occupancy lodging. Single travelers will be paired with same sex roomates, in which case, no single supplement is charged. Single occupancy rooms are available upon request on a very limited basis and at an additional charge. Inquire for rates.

getting there-travel arrangements
We are happy to help with your travel arrangements. On our international tours, we reserve a group airfare which can be booked through our travel agent. Call early to take advantage of these special rates. We are also happy to help with add-on travel plans in the event you wish to arrive early or stay on after a tour.

the fine print-cancellation and refunds
Your trip balance must be paid with cash, check or money order. If you cancel your trip more than 60 days before departure, deposits of $400 are refundable less a $100 cancellation fee; deposits of $75 are refundable less a $25 cancellation fee; all deposits are non refundable 60-45 days before the tour. Cancellation 45 -20 days before the tour, forfeits 50% of tour cost. No refunds are given within 20 days of the tour. No refunds are given for services not used by a trip participant.

trip insurance
Trip insurance is strongly recommended. All participants must sign a liability waiver and complete medical forms. Helmets are required on bike tour. Under 18 must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Additional details sent with confirmation packet.
